Use
Enter the date of the first live HESA Staff Interface run in your SAP system.
The data has to be entered in the format YYYYMMDD, where YYYY is the year in a four digit format, MM is the month and DD is the day.
This date is needed to support migration of old data submitted to HESAinto your system.
Requirements
If the first run is for the HESA year 1999/2000, then enter 19990801, since the data collection of the previous year, i.e. th last one not carried out with this SAP system, covered the period until 31 July 1999.
Standard settings
After the first live HESA return, set the date to 18000101. With this itis not possible to change any of the data entered manually.
Activities
Example
This date has to be set so no data of infotype HESA Submitted Data (0616) can be changed manually after this date.
Infotype HESA Submitted Data is maintained by the HESA Staff Return program (RPUHESG0), so no manual maintenance of the data is necessary and no maintenance should be allowed.
It is necessary to maintain the data for the year immediately prior to the first year the HESA Staff Return is carried out with the SAP system.Data can be maintained for infotype HESA Submitted Data before the firstlive date.
