The HESA Aggregate Staff return and New Aggregate Staff Return are done using the same program as the Individual Staff return, RPUHESG0. The corresponding switches have to be set.

Activities
Run the Aggregate Staff Return or New Aggregate Staff Return. Set the switch to Output in list. The list is the output into the ALV, which has a button "Spreadsheet..". This will then call you PC Spreadsheet program and download it to there in MS Excel format as described by HESA . The Aggregate Staff Return is created with an additional column "Dummy". Delete this column in your spreadsheet.
You can download the New Aggragate Staff Retur and the Aggregate Staff Return directly to the File System or to TemSe if you want to process the data differently. Aftewards you can upload the saved data to ALV list output from File System or from the file created from the TemSe file via report RPUHERG0 and use "Spreadsheet.." button in the same way as described above.
