In this step you specify the date at which the USS Salary Change Interface should start to monitor changes in each employee's salary.
Example
You Go-Live on 01.07.1999, insufficient Master Data exists before that date to be able to perform a salary calculation. Also the USS Ltd are expecting to receive your Salary Changes information PRIOR TO the go live date from your legacy system. ONLY Salary Changes information AFTER the go live date will be interfaced using SAP.

This date can be set up and forgotten. If the "current" return year DOES NOT include this Go Live date then no extra processing is performed.
