In this IMG activity you can classify the contracts defined for your company, assigning them to identifiers for properties such as contract category, method and day type. You can also link the contract identifier to the grouping element that you defined in the previous step. You can assign the contracts by personnel areas and subareas or by the corresponding collective agreement and pay scale area.

SAP contains model entries.

Recommendation

Check the SAP model entries and adjust them according to your needs.

Activities

  1. For each company contract identifier, enter the appropriate contract type, method, day type, and grouping element.
  2. Enter the necessary data according to the personnel area and subarea.
  3. Enter the necesssary data according to the collective agreement and pay scale area.
