In this IMG activity you can define the contracts (contract entity) that you use in your company, and assign them a Social Insurance contract code. You can either do this in a general way (first step), in detail, according to the personnel areas/subareas (second step) or according to the collective agreement and pay scale area your company belongs to (third step).
Note:
If you leave one of the the personnel area or subarea fields blank in the second step, or one the collective agreement or pay scale area fields blank in the third step, the system will assume that your selection applies to all personnel areas/subareas or to all collective agreements/pay scale areas applicable in your company.
Standard settings
The SAP standard system contains model entries.
Recommendation
Check the SAP model entries and adapt them according to your needs.
Activities
- Define contracts used in your company by assigning them an identifier and the corresponding validity start and end dates. You should also maintain the associated Social Insurance contract code, and you can add a description of your contract.
- As in step one, define the contracts used in your company according to personnel areas and subareas.
- As in step one, define the contracts used in your company according to collective agreements and pay scale areas.
