In this IMG activity you can define your own management methods for contract processing.

Although you have the option to define your own methods, the SAP standard system contains all the necessary methods for comprehensive contract management according to current legislation.

Example

The transformation method allows you to transform one contract into a different one after a particular period of time.

Activities

  1. Enter an identifier for your management method together with the corresponding description and validity period.
  2. Assign your method to a contract management method type.
  3. Define the object type (table, functional group, etc.) to be called by the management method, and the name of the object.
  4. In the subsequent column you can select a particular event from the previously defined object. This is useful for methods that trigger a specific subroutine in a report/include.
