You can use this IMG activity to specify Social Insurance contribution rates. These will be applied to different contribution bases in order to calculate the contribution to be paid for Social Insurance. You can define the percentage rate for both the employee and employer contributions.
Example
Non-industrial risk rates are fixed at 28.30 %, with 23.60 % paid by the employer and 4.70 % paid by the employee.

Recommendation
The standard SAP values correspond to the current values published by Social Insurance. You should not change them except at the time of the year change-over, as set out in the recommendations provided by SAP.
