For part-time contracts you must specify the minimum contribution bases per day and hour worked, in accordance with Social Insurance contribution groups.
In this IMG activity you can check that the system contains the necessary data to meet this requirement, as set out in Social Insurance stipulations for the current year.
The table view that you maintain in this IMG activity contains the minimum contribution bases, per day and hour, for daily and monthly employees in accordance with the corresponding contribution groups. The minimum bases per hour are those directly stipulated by Social Insurance for part-time contracts, while the minimum bases per day are calculated as follows:
- For groups 1 to 7, monthly contribution employees, the minimum base per month is taken from the "Social Insurance Contribution Groups" table and divided by 30 to obtain the minimum base per day.
- For groups 8 to 11, daily contribution workers, the minimum base per day is copied directly from the "Social Insurance Contribution Groups" table.
Example
For part-time contracts in contribution group 01 (Engineers and University Graduates), the 1998 contribution basis for per workday is 3,948 pesetas. That is, the minimum monthly basis of 118,440 pesetas divided by 30.

Recommendation
The entries provided by SAP correspond to current data published by Social Insurance and must not be changed except during the change-of- year process in accordance with the recommendations sent by SAP.
