The BOE (Official government newsletter) dated 30/12/1995, Royal Decree 2189/1995 (28 December), Article 3, states:

"The resulting deduction percentage...shall not be less than... 2 per 100 for contracts or work relationships of less than one year duration".

In this IMG activity you can define the deduction percentage according to the abovementioned provisions using constant IMP<1.

In the SAP standard settings, constant IMP<1 has the fixed value '2' that corresponds to the statutory 2%.
