You must previously have defined the following for you company:

  • pay scale type(s),
  • tax modifier(s),
  • pay scale group(s),
  • pay scale level(s).

Adjust the model entries to your own requirements.

Activities

Adjust or create new entries if necessary.

  1. Define the organizational structure of your company.
  2. Define the validity period.
  3. Define the valuation method.
  4. Define the evaluation method.
  5. Define the base amount for calculating the seniority bonus.
  6. Define the percentage rate to be used for calculating the seniority bonus.
  7. Mark whether or not the bonus is subject to indirect valuation.
