The duration of an employee's work relationship with his or her company usually involves a seniority bonus, with the amount of the bonus determined through in-house labour rules or collective agreements.

The valuation method for the seniority bonus can use either:

  • an annual amount for each relevant period of service
  • a percentage of specific wage types for each relevant period of service

In this menu option you can define the valuation method used to calculate the amount to be received by an employee as a seniority bonus.

Example

An employee is paid a sum of 65,250 pesetas for each completed two-year period.

  • personnel structure,
  • pay scale group(s),
  • pay scale level(s),

Standard settings

There are SAP model entries.

Recommendation

Adjust the model entries according to your requirements.

Activities

Adjust the entries or create new ones as required.

  1. Define the organizational structure of your company.
  2. Enter the validity period.
  3. Depending on the valuation method you have chosen, specify:
    1. the sum to be paid every two, three or five year period of service or
    2. the percentage of specific wage types for each two, three or five year period of service.
