In this step, you define the different groups for the different types of physical challenge.
In addition to this, you assign the official abbreviations and characteristics to the challenged person groups, taking into account the level of physical challenge and the compulsory work centers.
Example
You distinguish between challenged trainees and challenged persons who are already trained.
Severely challenged trainees are given the official abbreviation "SBA" and are counted twice during the calculation of compensation for work centers for challenged employees that have not yet been filled.
Requirements
Determine how you are going to distinguish between the types of challenged persons that you require, or that are required by law.
Standard settings
Challenged person groups are contained in the standard SAP System, in that the necessary evaluations can be represented correctly.
Recommendation
Use the default setting for challenged person groups.
Activities
- Check this default setting.
- If necessary, create new entries according to your requirements.
