In this step you can define various characteristics for the relationship of children to your employees.
Example
You want to save the information that your employee's child is legitimate or a step-child.
Requirements
Check which characteristics you would like to or must (since this is stipulated by a legal regulation or collective agreement) store for the children.
Standard settings
The following characteristics for children are predefined in the standard SAP system:
- Relationship to child
- Custody
Recommendation
Do not make any changes to the existing characteristics and their specifications since they are required for the functions for Public Sector Germany.
However, you can add further characteristics.
Activities
- Check whether you require additional characteristics for children.
- Enter the additional characteristics and their specifications.
