In this step you maintain the fee for withholding tax, which the employer is allowed to take for deducting the withholding tax from the taxable amount.

The rate of the fee you specify here is then used for payroll and in the report for withholding tax accounting, RPLQSTC0.

Standard settings

The standard R/3 system contains sample entries that are in accordance with cantonal regulations at the time of the delivery of this release. Normally, adjusting the entries to client 000 is sufficient.

Activities

  • In order to carry out the adjustment, choose Utilities -> Adjustment.
  • If you wish to maintain new entries manually, enter the canton, the amount of the fee rate and the validity period.
