In this step, you determine the sequence of the text elements displayed in the MAIN window of the master data sheet report.
If no SAPscript symbols are defined for a text element, you can create the output by entering the text element.
If a text element is missing from the setting, it is displayed on the master data sheet report, if a symbol was assigned. However, the position in which it appears is not defined.
Note
A text element is a section of the SAPscript form, where you enter the text and symbols, to which you previously assigned an info type field name.

Further notes
If, through Customizing, the display is defined in a text element <ELE>, the master data sheet report writes the following three text elements:
- <ELE>_HEADER
- Displayed immediately before <ELE> and can contain text and global symbols.
- <ELE>
- Displayed once for each data record that results for <ELE>.
- <ELE>_FOOTER
- Displayed once, immediately after the last <ELE> display and can contain text and global symbols.
<ELE>_HEADER und <ELE>_FOOTER enable a simpler layout design in the SAPscript form.
- The HR master data sheets in the standard system each contain a text element INIT that only contains SAPscriptcommands that assist the initialization. You must display these text elements first.
