Copy the SAPscript form and the settings to the master data sheet.
In the next two steps, copy the SAPscript form and the settings to the SAP HR master data sheet into the customer-specific name field.

Copy the SAPscript form from the client.
You will enter the screen Copy Client Forms.
In the Form Name field, enter the name of one of the original forms. In the Target Form field, enter a name for the customer form. Possible names for the original form are:
HR_CH_STM01 (Standard Form)
HR_CH_STM02 (Enhanced Form)
You must select the name for the customer name field from the valid naming convention (the first letter must be Y or Z).
If you want to display a company logo in the LOGO window, enter the name of the includes containing the text or graphics generated from the RSTXLDMC report. (Be sure that the LOGO window exists in the standard version of the HR master data sheet S1 and is not already defined as a page window)
Copy the settings to the HR master data sheet.
In the dialog box, enter the required country grouping.
Select the model master data sheet of your choice.
Choose Copy.
In the master data sheet field, enter a suitable identification code and in the master data sheet name field, enter a customer-related name.
According to the naming convention, the first character of the name must be a number, the second character can be a figure of your choice. The master data sheet report will always use the first master data sheet, sorted alphabetically, as the default value.
