This section serves the mass maintenance of application data Employee_attributes for infotype 0038 additional organizational assignment CH. This goes through a program which carries out a change to the data bank.
Example
All employees of an employee subgroup are entitled to their petrol costs. With the help of this report you can assign a single employee subgroup attribute Petrol_costs to the field Entitlement. Through this you save on maintenance expenses.
Requirements
All infotype records whose validitiy period contains the entered key date or is set according to the key date are selected.
A productive run of the report is only possible when the user name is entered as a password.
Standard settings
Recommendation
To avoid unobserved changes of application data we recommend you always carry out a test run first of all in the productive systems and critically check the result.
Activities
In order to change application data call up the report in the productive system.
Please make the obligatory entries. Incase you desire further selections (eg. company code, personnel subgroup) activate the pushbutton further selections.
First of all carry out a test run of the report.
Please carefully control the log output.
If need be start a productive run of the program.
