    Reduced hours operate in this company department, but the employees themselves do not participate in it. Employees who are assigned to this company department cannot report any hours not worked.

    Reduced hours operate in this company department and the employees participate in it. Employees who are assigned to this company department, report their hours not worked using wage type M400.
