The three valid leave regulation options include the following:

  • 0 Leave regulations: worker
  • 1 Leave regulations: employee
  • 2 Paid by employer

Requirements

Standard settings

Valid options are defined in the Leave Regulation Taxes (B) (V_T5B13) Customizing view. The view assigns a unique identifier to each valid leave regulation in Belgium, as stipulated by Belgian law.

Recommendation

The leave regulation options should only be changed if Belgian tax regulations change. In these change, you need to update the programs accordingly.

Activities

You can delete the leave regulations not used in your company; this will provide you with an accurate validity check.
