"Type of tax calculation (B)" links an ID number to the four options available in Belgium for the frequency and amount of tax payments.
The option chosen plays an important role in calculating tax.
If you choose "Fiscal Voluntariaat", this displays an extra field for the amount.
If you choose "Fixed percentage reduction", this displays an extra field for the rate.

Recommendation
Normally, "Type of tax calculation (B)" can only be changed if the Belgian tax regulations change. In this case, you need to update the programs accordingly.
Activities
You can delete the categories not used in your company.
This will provide you with a real validity check.
You may also need to create an extra option, particularly if you are working with an external payroll program.
