In this section you assign the activity codes (C.I.I.U. and the
activity code provided by the Ministry of Labor) to the appropriate
company.

Requirements

Before assigning activity codes to the company, it is necessary to:

  1. Define the company. To do this, follow the instructions in
    Define, copy, delete company , in the section Company structure -> Updating of structures-> Definition-> Financial accounting-> Define, copy, delete company.
  2. Define the C.I.I.U. activity code. To do this, you follow the instructions in Define C.I.I.U. activity code, in the section Payroll accounting -> Organization data-> Define C.I.I.U. activity code
  3. Define the activity code provided by the Ministry of Labor. To do this, you follow the instructions in Define Ministry of Labor activity code , in the section Payroll accounting-> Organization data -> Define Ministry of Labor activity code.

To assign the corresponding company activity codes:

  1. Mark the line that corresponds to the company.
  2. Press the key Detail
  3. Enter the corresponding activity codes.
  4. Save your entries.
