In this step you check the family members for whom sickness certificates can be issued. Each family member corresponds to a subtype of Family/Related Person infotype 0021.

  • Subtype 1: Insured spouse
  • Subtype 2: Insured child

Activities

  1. Carry out the activity.

    You reach the screen Subtype Characteristics.

  2. Ensure that entries exist for all family members for whom a sickness certificate should be issued. In most cases, the standard entries are sufficient.
  3. However, if you want to create additional entries, you must specify a time constraint for the new entries.
  4. If you want to distinguish a newly created subtype by using an object identification, activate the field ObjIDallw. Such a distinction is useful if a certain family member can occur more than once for an employee (for example, a child).
