Assign Wage Types for Flexible Benefits Additional Funding Scheme.

Use

You use this step to assign wage types for the GB Flexible Benefits Additional Funding Scheme. You define the wage type that stores employee credits from the Additional Funding Scheme, and the wage type that stores the NIC neutrality amount which an employee must pay in the flexible benefits system when any employee credits are generated in the Additional Funding Scheme.

Requirements

You have previously created the Additional Funding Scheme for GB Flexible Benefits.

Activities

  1. Define the wage type that stores employee credits from the Additional Funding Scheme
  2. Define the wage type that stores the NIC neutrality amount which an employee must pay in a credit situation
  3. Save your entries.

Example

NICWT: BNxx This wage type stores the NIC neutrality amount which an employee must pay in a credit situation

DIFWT: BDxx. This wage type stores employee credits from the Additional Funding Scheme
