Define Adjustment Permissions for Company Car (FLEX)

Use

In this step, you define the changes only permitted for company car plans. You do this for each combination of adjustment reason, adjustment grouping, and company car plan type.

Activities

  1. Decide which changes are permitted for each combination of adjustment reason, adjustment grouping, and company car plan type.
  2. Select the benefit area, adjustment reason and adjustment grouping, as prompted.
  3. Choose New entries.
  4. Enter the plan type specified for company car plan.
  5. Indicate which adjustments are permitted:
    • Select Change to allow a company car plan to be substituted by another company car plan.
    • Select Add to allow enrollment in a company car plan.
    • Select Delete to allow participation in a company car plan to be stopped.
  6. Indicate which other changes apply.
  7. Save your entries.
  8. Repeat steps 2 to 7 for each adjustment grouping, adjustment reason and company car plan type combination.
