Setup Dynamic Action for Company Car Enrolment (FLEX)

Use

In this step, you set up the dynamic action that automatically assigns the begin date of the Company Car infotype (0442) as the begin date of the Adjustment Reasons infotype (0378).

Once the eligible employee has completed the company car selection and the company car is delivered to the employee, you need to create a record in the infotype 0442 which takes the car delivery date as its begin date. To enable company car enrolment in Flexible Benefits for Great Britain (GB Flex Bens), you need to create an adjustment reason which should also take the car delivery date as its begin date. Therefore, the begin date of infotype 0378 takes the begin date of infotype 0442.
