Use

For GB Flexible Benefits Administration, there are three new plan types within the category Miscellaneous Plan:

• Holiday Plan with indicator BS
• Pension Plan with indicator PE
• Company Car Plan with indicator CC

In this step, you assign the predefined plan type indicators to the benefit plan types of Holiday Plan, Pension Plan, and Company Car Plan.

Note:

For the administration of GB Flexible Benefits, the following plan categories predefined by the international Benefits are adopted:

• Health Plan
• Insurance Plan
• Miscellaneous Plan
• Credit Plan

Requirements

You must have:

• Defined the miscellaneous plan types of Holiday Plan, Pension Plan, and Company Car Plan in the preceding implementation step: Define Benefit Plan Types.
• Defined your miscellaneous plan type indicators in the preceding implementation step: Define Flexible Benefits Plan Indicators (FLEX).

Activities

1. Select the benefit area of Flexible Benefits under the predefined plan type E (Miscellaneous Plan).
2. For each plan type of holiday plan, pension plan and company car plan, select the corresponding plan type indicator: BS, PE or CC.
3. Save your entries.
