This IMG activity enables you to change the currency over from the old national currency to the euro in the following infotypes:
- Bank Details (0009)
- Ext. Bank Transfers (0011)
- Recurring Payments and Deductions (0014)
- Additional Payments (0015)
- Insurance (0037)
- Membership Fees (0057)
- Additional Absence Data (0082)
- Leave Entitlement Compensation (0083)
- Time Quota Compensation (0416)
- Employee Remuneration Info (2010)
You can also create a list of all the data records from Time Management infotypes for an individual employee that are not in euro currency on the changeover date. This affects the following infotypes:
- Additional Absence Data (0082)
- Leave Entitlement Compensation (0083)
- Time Quota Compensation (0416)
- Absences (2001)
- Attendances (2002)
- Substitutions (2003)
- Availability (2004)
- Overtime (2005)
- Employee Remuneration Info (2010)
You must manually convert any Time Management infotype records that are not in euro currency on the changeover date.
Example
Requirements
If you want to perform the changeover for the Irish country version, and if you run non-monthly payrolls, do not use this report. Use RPUEMU30_IE instead.
