Use
Usually, no deductions should be made in supplemental runs. However, if you want to take certain deduction wage types into account in the supplemental runs, you must assign these wage types to a wage type group. The wage type group is then taken into account in a supplemental run with the corresponding off-cycle reason.
You can also create new off-cycle reasons in this activity.

Choose the action Set Up Employee Grouping for Multiple Checks and edit the feature XMCGR (Employee Grouping for Multiple Checks.
Create the wage type groups.
Give the wage type group a name and write an explanatory text.
Assign the required wage types to the wage type groups.
This defines which wage types in a wage type group should be taken into account in a supplemental run.
Assign the required off-cycle reasons to the wage type groups.
This defines the kind of supplemental run in which the wage types in the wage type groups should be taken into account.
Create new off-cycle reasons. To do so, choose the action Enter Off-Cycle Reasons. You can then assign the new off-cycle reason to the wage type group, as described in the previous step.
