In this step you are able to group together your already defined personnel areas and personnel subareas in several or one area for evaluations. This grouping is stored in the feature "Grouping or transformation of personnel areas" (SZUBT) in the standard SAP system.

Example

Your personnel area SE01 contains several personnel subareas. However, you want to report them as one unit on the tax report. To do that you have to create feature SZUBT and input this name in the parameter of the tax report.
