In this step you are able to decide which limits that are valid for which organizational groupings e.g. employee group and employee subgroups. These limits are stored in the feature " Swedish overtime limits" (SOTLI) in the standard SAP system.
Example
The feature SOTLI is precustomised but needs to be adapted with your own organizational values. See example:

Change S0 to your own employee subgroup e.g. WS
You can also customise the feature according to other organizational criteria e.g. Personal area or Personal subarea. Attention do not change the order of the limits in the feature e.g. do not put SOTLM before SRELC.
