Standard settings
In the standard SAP R/3 system you will find that wage types are set up.
Recommendation
Activities
1. Enter the country grouping (23) and the form name.
(The name you gave your copy of Alecta.)
2. Check the wage types and customize if necessary.
Further notes
The table ITWITY means that the value in first wage type field is
a wage type read from infotypes. (IT0008, IT0014 and IT0015)
The table CRTY1 means that the value in the first wage type field is a
wage type read from the cumulated result table for year-1.
The table CRTY3 means that the value in the first wage type field is a
wage type read from the cumulated result table for (year-1) + (year-2) + (year-3).
The second wage type field enables different calculation of the wage types annual value.
- MSAL - Monthly salary (* 12,2 = Annual salary)
- MBEN - Fixed benefit (* 12,0 = Annual salary)
Example;
M030 15000,-SEK (MSAL)
M691 500,-SEK (MBEN)Annual salary on the file to Alecta -
(15.000,-*12,2) + (500,-*12) = 189.000,- - MNSL - Monthly actual gross salary to be used in reporting for employees enrolled into ALECTA department 1.
