- An employee leaves the company.
- An employee has accumulated vacation days for more than five years and the company wants to pay out these days.
Example
Requirements
Standard settings
Model wage types have been precustomized with valuation bases.
You have to set up the tables V_T556U and V_T556W correctly.
To get the compensation correct when an employee leaves the company and you want to compensate all the quotas. Please see the model customising and use the following set up of your subtype:
V_T556U
ESG PSG Comp method Quota Rule Qty
1 23 1030 30 space space
31 space space
32 space space
33 space space
34 space space
35 space space
36 space space
With these settings you get 'Compensate all' when you enter infotype 0416 with subtype 1030. Please use this button. This means that all quotas that are left will be comp. but as we want only those quotas that are still deductible to be paid out in payroll the table V_T556W has to be set up:
V_T556W
ESG PSG Comp method Qty Comp Diff Year
1 23 1030 30 > 2- Space
31 = 1- Space
32 = 1- Space
33 = 1- Space
34 = 1- Space
35 = 1- Space
36 Space Space Space
43 Space Space Space
Quota 30 has to be customised differently because you want to pay out the one that is deductible and the one you are accruing and that you get paid out when an employee leaves the company. Quota 31 until 35 has to be customised with 1- as only the deductible ones should generate money. Quota 36 (save remaining) shall be totally paid out and 43 (Not save leave) now generates the same wagetype as quota 31.
VC_T556C is customised with the legal swedish deduction order meaning that first the latest ones and after that the oldest saved days shall be taken out.
30 Leave
36 Saved leave remaining
35 Saved leave -5
34 Saved leave -4
33 Saved leave -3
32 Saved leave -2
31 Saved leave -1
