Workers receive variable pay each time they take a vacation day. This applies equally when they are given a vacation payout.

You must create the average wage types you need for the calculation (for the variable parts and worked hours). In the model company, this value (amount/hours) is created in April. The final calculation is performed when the worker actually takes a day of leave. This average value is then multiplied with his or her utilization factor for the vacation year.
