To calculate variable pay for salaried employees, you need to check which absences reduce vacation days ("Semesterlönegrundande frånvaro") and which do not ("Icke-semesterlönegrundande frånvaro"). You need to cumulate these in your vacation year. See the IMG point Cumulations (calendar type "S").
In the model company, this is carried out from 01.04.XXXX to 31.03.XXXX. You need to check which limits apply, for example 180 days for sickness.
One regulation states that if, for example, availability for work or on-duty has been paid for less than 60 days, these do not need to be included in the variable pay. This should be customized with processing class 84.
In the model company, an average is created in April. This is then frozen for the year. The entire amount is paid out in June. Adapt this to the month in which you wish to pay this out for the variable pay.
The vacation entitlement is also required in the calculation. This value is obtained from Time Management. When you have all values, the calculation can be performed.
