Please note the following comments on how to use Benefits for Sweden and the Swedish model company:
The benefit functionality should be used for group insurances as well
as a way to register SPP and AMF information in the form of insurance
plans.
For this purpose,plan types within the plan category B, Insurance plans,
are used. The info type connected with this plan category is 0168.
For SPP and AMF it is necessary to have one and only one plan type for
each of the two, e.g. one called SPPP and one AMFP. If you choose to
have more than one benefit area, the names of the AMF and SPP plan types
MUST be the same in every benefit area!
If you have different benefit providers, you must remember to have
unique wage types for each provider!
Special for AMF and SPP
In the AMF and SPP plans, you register identification criteria like
AMF number, SPP id, SPP number, SPP division and SPP code.
This should be registered in the field plan number as follows:
For AMF, where you have only one insurance plan per organizational no,
you register the AMF number to the very left in the field, i.e. 7
digits followed by spaces, e.g. '7876543 '.
For SPP, where you have to register on insurance plan for every
unique combination of SPP id, SPP number, SPP division and SPP code within a company (= orginazation no), you register the identification nos from left to right, separated by hyphens, e.g.
'123456-089890-000-I '
