In this step, you assign the wage types used to calculate termination and redundancy payments to the wage type group for terminations/ redundancies. Any wage type that can be used as a termination or redundancy wage type must be assigned to this wage type group.

Activities

To assign the terminations/redundancies wage types, you can either:

  1. Choose Edit -> New entries, and enter the wage types you want to assign to the wage type group, or
  2. Copy and change the model SAP wage types according to your requirements.
