Requirements
The fixed tax percentage you enter must coincide with the percentage stipulated by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in its annual tax table.

Recommendation
To change the fixed percentage rate, SAP recommends that you delimit the validity dates of the existing record and create a new record.
Activities
Modify the constant Fixed Tax on Second Job (PHSJP) to meet your requirements by entering the appropriate validity dates and the fixed tax percentage as stipulated by the BIR.
