During the off-cycle payroll run that calculates the advance payment, the system checks all the additional payment wage types to determine if any of them have been configured to contribute to the advance payment.
In this step, you select the additional payment wage types that are to form the basis of advance payment calculations. To do this, you must enter the appropriate specification against processing class 69.

Requirements
You must have set up your additional payment wage types in the step Create Wage Type Catalog.
Standard settings
The standard system contains model SAP wage types that are configured to be included in advance payment calculations. If necessary, modify the wage types to meet your requirements.
Recommendation
Activities
To include additional payment wage types in advance payment calculations:
- Select the relevant wage type.
- Set the specification for processing class 69 to 1.
To exclude additional payment wage types from advance payment calculations:
- Select the relevent wage type.
- Set the specification for processing class 69 to blank.
