In this step, you will execute a program that will check the validity of the company groupings that have been defined in the previous steps.
As the tax grouping defines the business tax ID, all SSS, HDMF and PhilHealth groupings must fall under only one tax group. A consistency check is performed and informs you of any incorrect information entered. The program checks for the following criteria:
- No two tax grouping have the same SSS, HDMF or PhilHealth grouping assigned to them
- Personnel area and subarea groupings are assigned to only one tax group
- Tax groupings must have a unique Tax Identification Number(TIN)

Here, no two SSS, HDMF or philhealth grouping belong to more than one tax grouping. However, multiple SSS, HDMF and Philhealth groupings may belong to the same tax group.

In the above scenario, the tax report group has been assigned to multiple PA/PSA groupings. The system indicates this with a message or a warning as the case may be. The messages generated are as follows:

The report states that the company grouping for SSS, group SS02, has been assigned to multiple combinations of personnel area and personnel sub area.
