The PhilHealth grouping comprises:

  • PhilHealth group identifier
  • PhilHealth identification number
  • Business code

Requirements

The business code must be defined prior to creating the PhilHealth grouping.

Recommendation

Each PhilHealth identification number should be unique for each PhilHealth grouping created. The PhilHealth identification number should not be assigned more than once.
