In this step, you create a Pag-IBIG grouping and assign the relevant Pag-IBIG identification number and business code to the grouping. The Pag-IBIG grouping is generally used as a selection criteria for Pag-IBIG reporting.

The Pag-IBIG grouping comprises:

  • Pag-IBIG group identifier
  • Pag-IBIG identification number
  • Business code

Requirements

The business code must be defined prior to creating the Pag-IBIG grouping.

Standard settings

Recommendation

Each Pag-IBIG identification number should be unique for each Pag-IBIG grouping created. The Pag-IBIG identification number should not be assigned more than once.

Check, and if necessary, create and maintain the Pag-IBIG grouping according to your requirements.
