In this step, you set up the default values that appear in the following fields of the HDMF Philippines infotype (0423):
- Employer basis
- Employee basis
- Compulsory basis
- Employer contribution percentage
- Employee contribution percentage
Example
You want the following default values to appear in the HDMF infotype for employees assigned to the personnel area Philippines Provincial Office (PH01) and the country grouping for the Philippines (48):
Field in infotype Default value
Employer basis amount = 5000.00
Employee basis amount = 4000.00
Compulsory basis = 4000.00
Employer contribution % = 2.00
Employee contribution % = 2.00
To set up the default values, you must enter the following data:
Country grouping = 48 Philippines
Personnel area = PH01 Philippines Provincial Office
Default values = 5000X4000X4000X2X2
Note: 'X' is used to separate the fields of the infotype.
Another set of default values can be set up for employees who opt to contribute more than the statutory minimum.
