In this activity, you make the settings that affect the transfer of wage types from the previous payroll run.

This is controlled by processing class 06 (Import wage types from old payroll account in LRT).

The wage types are transferred in personnel calculation rule M006.

Activity

  1. Mark a wage type and choose detail.
  2. If necessary, enter a new validity period.
  3. Define the specifications for processing class 06.
  4. If necessary, copy standard personnel calculation rule M006 and rename it Z006.
  5. In personnel calculation schema MLR0, change the call for calculation rule M006 to Z006.
