After payroll accounting, statistical data can be transferred to the employer's association DA and to the Danish Department of Statistics DS (the relevant data is stored in the PBS system in the course of each payroll run).
To transfer the statistics to DA/DS, you must enter the payroll area and periods for which the statistics are to be created, and whether the statistics are quarterly (economic statistics) or annual (structural statistics). You can choose various PBS lists (139, 139).
You can also define special payment days for wage types with corresponding PBS wage types identified in the PBS wage type range definition in table T5M5B.
Requirements
Payroll results must be available before you can generate statistics.
