Imputed income
During payroll, imputed income valuations take place for company cars in infotype 442.
Imputed income is then stored in a specific payroll wage type. This step enables you to determine the wage type in which the value is stored. You can also determine whether distribution takes place or not in accordance with the payment model.
If the wage type is not selected, the infotype value is stored. Otherwise, it is distributed in accordance with the payment model.
Employee contribution
During payroll, employee contribution valuations take place for company cars in infotype 442.
The employee's contribution is then stored in a specific payroll wage type. This step enables you to determine the wage type in which the value is stored. You can also determine whether distribution takes place or not in accordance with the payment model.
If the wage type is not selected, the infotype value is stored. Otherwise, it is distributed in accordance with the payment model.
Standard settings
In the standard system, the value is stored in model wage type /723 and distributed in accordance with the payment model. This is so because the standard value in the infotype represents an annual value that is subsequently distributed to period values using the payment model.
In the standard system, the value is stored in model wage type M221 and not distributed in accordance with the payment model. This is so because the standard value in the infotype usually represents a period contribution.
