Use

This configuration identifies leave types as transfer leave types. To send this data to PBS, the corresponding wage types also have to be identified in this step.

While maintaing a leave type here, you need to identify whether this leave type will be used for first level or second level transfer 'Second level transfer', means transferring days that have already been transferred.

Requirements

Standard settings

For leave type 81, 'second level of transfer', no wagetype is configured to be sent to PBS, as PBS does not recognize the second level separately. For PBS, leave days transferred to the next year will remain valid for all the coming years.

Activities

Example

If leave type 1 is transferred as Leave type 80 and subsequently leave type 80 is transferred as leave type 81, then Leave type 80 should be configured as '1st level of leave transfer' and leave type 81 as '2nd level of leave transfer'.
