Here you can define whether the leave entitlement should be sent from infotype 5 to PBS or not.

There are three possibilites here:

  • Sending no information on leave entitlement to PBS. In this case, nothing is sent to PBS and due leave entitlement may have to be maintained later in inftotype 15 to enable to enable this information to be sent to PBS.
  • Sending a holiday entitlement to PBS if, and only if, the leave has changed since the last dispatch.
  • Always sending the holiday entitlement to PBS.

In the first case the value must be < 1.00, in the second case >= 1.00 and < 2.00, and in the last case, the value must be >= 2.00.
