Description
After payroll accounting, statistical data can be transferred to the employer's associations DA or FA and to the Danish Department of Statistics, DS (the relevant data is stored in the PBS system in the course of each payroll run).
To transfer the statistics to DA, FA and DS, you must enter the payroll area and periods for which the statistics are to be created, and whether the statistics are quarterly (economic statistics) or annual (structural statistics). You can choose various PBS lists (138, 139).
As far as FA statistics are concerned, the statistics are automatically reported via PBS. This is not the case for neither DS nor DA statistics. For DS and DA statistics you have to make a request to PBS for get the statistical data reported.
You can also define special payment days for wage types with corresponding PBS wage types identified in the PBS wage type range definition in table T5M5B.
