In this step, you store the value for one day's leave saving.
Leave is usually saved on the days on which the employee works, and is not saved on the days on which the employee takes leave. Hence the days on which the employee takes leave must be deducted from the leave saving basis.
The value of a day must be specified so that it can be deducted from the leave saving for each leave day.
Standard settings
In the standard system, the rate specified in the valuation basis 09 (wage type /009) - Leave value for a day - is stored in the Rate field for wage type /VDA.
Wage type /009 is formed in the personnel calculation rules M010 and M013 (gross cumulation DK).
Recommendation
Note the collective agreements valid for your company since the deduction of leave saving for leave days is usually stated therein.
Activities
Define the leave saving bases to be used, and the extent to which the default value of 25 days per month applies to your company.
If you require a different value to the value preset in the standard system, copy the rule to a customer rule, and include the modified rule in the schema.
