Employee contributions to pension bonuses based on vacation bases
Wage types /320, /321 and /322 are created in this rule to calculate percentage rates.
In the case of PBS, these wage types calculate the employee's pension contributions according to the vacation bases calculated by PBS. This determines whether the vacation basis is used to determine the employee's pension contribution.
Activities
In this rule, you generate wage types /320, /321 and /322.
The rule queries all the pensions valid for the employee, and stores the wage types in the results table.
To generate these wage types for pension types other than 50 (default value), copy this rule to a customer rule, and specify the changed rule in the schema MPEN.
